Eveline Herfkens Biography
Eva Leonie "Eveline" Herfkens (Dutch pronunciation: [eːvaː leːoːni eːvəlinə ɦɛrfkəns]; born 9 January 1952) is a Dutch civil servant, diplomat, and politician. She was a Member of the House of Representatives (1981–1990; 2002) and Minister of Development Cooperation (1998–2002).
