Jeffrey Michael Tambor (born July 8, 1944) is an American actor, voice artist, and comedian. He is known for his roles as Hank Kingsley on The Larry Sanders Show, George Bluth Sr. and Oscar Bluth on Arrested Development, Maura Pfefferman on Transparent, Tom Manning in the Hellboy series, and the Mayor of Whoville in the live-action film adaptation of How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000).
