Peter Buttigieg Biography

Peter Paul Montgomery Buttigieg ( /ˈbuːtɪdʒɛdʒ/; born January 19, 1982) is an American politician serving as the 32nd and current Mayor of South Bend, Indiana. A Democrat, Buttigieg has been mayor since January 1, 2012. Buttigieg is a graduate of Harvard University, a Rhodes Scholar, and a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.
