Richard Pombo Biography
Richard William Pombo, GOIH (born January 8, 1961) is a former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives, having represented California's 11th congressional district from 1993 to 2007. Pombo lost a reelection bid to Democratic challenger Jerry McNerney on November 7, 2006.
