I might not be able to hold my drink or my man, but what I can hold, is a tune. Point me in the right direction and give me a bloody mic.

Music will always be a major part of my life, its my outlet, I'm in my element and I'm free.
Music will always be apart of my life, I have been given a gift of song and voice and I have to use it. I don't have a mapped out time when I should hang up my mic because what I may think is my time may very well be a time to continue.
One of the things that personally kept me in music was that it has always been my passion,my vision and change. No matter how far I may think I can go without it, it always tend to slap me right back in the face! So why not do what naturally fills your soul. Music completes me.
I'm a pretty big dork. It's crazy. I'm one of those people who grew up with all kinds of musicals, but I was right at that age where 'Rent' was a big deal for me and for my friends.
What am I most proud of? That, as a man, I've made my mom proud. Not just in basketball, but away from the court, too.
First of all, in any sport where you can measure distance, height speed and all of that, you see how athletes have changed their sport and made it better. I believe, with every generation, the sport has improved. Certainly, in the men's game, that has been the case. I think that I played Pete [Sampras] at his best, I played Roger [Federer] at his best. . I believe wholeheartedly that Roger and [Rafael] Nadal have pushed the game much further than myself or Pete ever did. Their options on the tennis court are considerably more than ours.
I’m one of those people who never really joined the grown-ups.
