Frenzied activity is no gauge of spirituality
God is the one who satisfies the passion for justice, the longing for spirituality, the hunger for relationship, the yearning for beauty. And God, the true God, is the God we see in Jesus of Nazareth, Israel's Messiah, the world's true Lord.
Religion to me is when man gets ahold of spirituality: "My god is right, yours is wrong. " Religion to me is the human condition. "If you're a Muslim, you can't be a Christian. " That to me is religion.
Science without religion is dangerous because it necessarily entails a mechanization of humanity and consequent loss of individual autonomy and spirituality.
