Alistair Edward Brownlee, MBE (born 23 April 1988) is a British triathlete. He is the 2012 and 2016 Olympic gold medallist in the triathlon, and the only athlete to win two Olympic titles in the event. He is also a two-time Triathlon World Champion, winning in 2009 and 2011, a two-time World Team Champion (2011, 2014), a three-time European Champion, and 2014 Commonwealth champion.
