As actors, we have to be able to keep ourselves open to feel, and that's a life lesson I think many people don't get a chance to learn. In my personal life, I've learned to carry this lesson with me.
Many people see vulnerability as weakness when it's the only way to truly grow and truly love. Love makes me feel vulnerable. It's like saying, "I'm an open book. Here are my flaws, my strengths, where I fall short, my dreams - and I'm choosing to share them with you. "
If we choose to see things positively and trust in God, he will fulfill his purpose in our lives.
Eating healthy and keeping hydrated does wonders; it centers my mood and helps me keep a sharp mind.
For me, being alove it is being close to nature, either by the beach or near the ocean. When I look around and see how small I am in comparison to all that surrounds me, it fuels me.
If everyone chose love, this world would be magnificent. Always choose love.

For me, the sketchbooks are more like a secret and wholly spontaneous jeu d'esprit and some of them I like as much as anything I have ever done. They are invariably without premeditation. I mean not only that I have no plan when I make them, I also have no plan to make them.
I went to high school directly across the street from Carnegie Mellon, actually, and I knew people that were a couple of years older than me that went there. I was able to see shows in the drama department, and hang out there little bit, and it just felt like a natural progression. It was at the top of my list.
