There is no theory of a God, of an author of Nature, of an origin of the Universe, which is not utterly repugnant to my faculties. . .
This is definitely a reality check for us, we've just got to learn from this and move on.
I've done a show at the Largo Theater called The 'Thrilling Adventure Hour. ' We read, like, radio teleplays. It's a send-up of radio dramas from the '30s and '40s. We just did a Kickstarter for that so that we can do a web series and a concert film.
Perhaps the most important ingredient in my work. . . is my brain - particularly the right brain. . . the free spontaneous side, and the left brain, which is careful and methodical.
And I thought maybe I didn't need to worry about my heart anymore because it had stopped beating a couple of seconds earlier, and I was still sitting there living and breathing-though admittedly I wasn't feeling much of anything.
I found that it wasn't so oddball to like music and poetry and visual arts, they're kindred spirits.
